Important: ByteBuddy Academy is a technology education and advisory company. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our compliance services help organisations understand and implement regulatory frameworks — they do not constitute legal counsel and should not be relied upon as such. For legal advice, please consult a qualified solicitor or legal professional.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
  • Submit false or misleading information through any of our forms

5. Session bookings and payments

Specific terms for tutoring sessions, compliance engagements, and payment arrangements will be agreed upon between you and ByteBuddy Academy prior to commencement of services. Those terms form part of your service agreement and take precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.

6. Limitation of liability

ByteBuddy Academy provides its advisory and educational services in good faith based on information provided by the client. We make no warranty that our services will result in full regulatory compliance and accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of our recommendations. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for those services in the preceding 3 months.

7. Confidentiality

Any information you share with us during a compliance engagement will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
